Terms

The following terms apply for booking and participation in the alpaca walk:

1 Cancellation
In general: Ticket fees are non-refundable.
More than 48 hours before the tour: A cancellation fee of NOK 100 per ticket applies.
Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund will be given.

2 Rescheduling
More than 48 hours before the tour: A rescheduling fee of NOK 100 per ticket applies.
48 timer -24 timer før: Ombookingsgebyr kr 200,- pr billett
Less than 24 hours before the tour: No rescheduling is allowed.

4 Deltager som skal ha ansvar for egen alpakka må være fylt 12 år.

5 Deltager som ledsager (uten ansvar for egen alpakka) må være fylt 6 år.

6 Deltagere under 18 år må være i følge med en voksen

7 Hunder er ikke tillatt å ta med på alpakkavandring

8 Smittevern
Footwear that has been used on other farms, barns, stables, or trails with grazing animals must be washed and disinfected before the walk.

9 Dyrevelferd
All participants must follow the instructions and guidelines provided.

The alpaca walk is intended to be a positive and safe experience for both people and animals.
Rain showers must be accepted; however, if the forecast indicates heavy rain, wind, lightning, or thunder, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, we offer free rescheduling or, alternatively, a refund of the ticket price.

11 Kansellering av alpakkavandring
If there are 3 or fewer participants signed up for the tour, we unfortunately must cancel the alpaca walk. The reason for this is that alpacas are herd animals and thrive best when several alpacas go on the walk. Registered participants will be notified 2 days before the scheduled tour.
In such cases, we offer free rescheduling or, alternatively, a refund of the ticket price.

12 Bruk av forsikring fra Tryg
If you are prevented from participating in the alpaca walk and use the insurance you purchased at booking, please notify us by phone or email that you are unable to attend.
